Mokohorea Scarf 🪓 Our first accessory pays tribute to Mokohorea, a staunch Ngāti Kurī chief, te ahikā o Ngataki who fiercely defended the people of Ngāti Kuri. Challenging all those who would try to cross the boundary of Te Hiku O Te Ika. From this protection and unwavering resolve, the name Ngataki was forged and bestowed on the area of Ngataki.
