Aotearoa Volleyball Academy (AVA) is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to breaking down barriers for rangatahi in volleyball by providing a self-directed, accessible pathway to higher education and athletic opportunities. By offering affordable, culturally inclusive resources, AVA empowers young athletes—particularly those from underserved communities—to navigate recruitment, secure scholarships, and connect with experienced mentors. Our kaupapa is built on equity, education, and opportunity, ensuring that all aspiring volleyballers in Aotearoa can take control of their future, regardless of background or financial means.
