We run classes, workshops, camps and one on one sessions for individuals, general public, communities and organisations who want development and support to move their bodies in a way that acknowledges each person's unique context, and incorporates both Western and indigenous knowledge bases. We weave together diverse practices of movement and fitness, as well as creative arts to enable each person or group to find ways of moving that are both developmental and fun. Our sessions leave people feeling relaxed, uplifted, and inspired to move now, as well as with more confidence to do so through skills and tools they pick up along the way.
